What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, shipping and billing address, a phone number if you provide one, and details you enter into tools on our site, such as your dog's weight or age. When you buy, payment is handled by our commerce provider (Shopify and its payment processors); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and how you found us. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

How we use it

To take and fulfill your orders, run your subscription, provide support, send order and shipping updates, and, with your consent, send marketing email or SMS. We also use it to understand how the site is used, improve the product and experience, and measure and target advertising.

Email and SMS

If you sign up, we send email through Klaviyo, our email platform. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it, or reply STOP to any text. Messages about your actual order or subscription are not marketing and may still be sent.

Essential cookies keep the site and cart working. Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and where required we will present a cookie choice.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers that help us run morrow, our commerce platform, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, our email and SMS platform, and analytics and advertising providers, each only as needed to do their job. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing anytime. Depending on where you live you may have more rights, including, for California residents, the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

Children

morrow is a product for dogs, sold to adults. Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
