Where we ship

Free shipping across the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We're not yet shipping internationally, when we do, you'll be the first to know.

When it arrives

Most orders arrive in three to five business days. Your first shipment goes out within one business day of your order. After that, each renewal ships about a week before your previous month runs out, so your dog never goes a day without.

How it's packaged

Single-serve packets ship in a kraft paper pouch inside a recyclable mailer. No styrofoam, no plastic wrap, no padded plastic. The packets themselves are foil-lined matte cream paper, the foil keeps the probiotic viable; the paper keeps the box recyclable.

Renewal heads-up

You'll get a reminder email three days before each renewal ships, with a one-click link to pause, skip, or change cadence. We never charge you and ship the same day, you'll always know it's coming.

Lost, damaged, or missing

If something arrives wrong or doesn't arrive at all, tell us within seven days and we'll replace it free. Get in touch.
