Billing

You're billed the day each new shipment goes out, never before. You'll get a reminder email three days ahead so nothing is a surprise. We use Shopify and ReCharge for billing; your card is stored securely with them, never on our servers.

Changes to your dog's plan

If your dog moves up a size, tell us and we'll adjust the packet without changing your price. If they develop a medical condition or start a new medication, talk to your vet first about whether to keep going, we'd rather you pause than push through.
