What's covered
Your first 30 days on any plan, monthly, quarterly, or annual. If at any point in that window you decide staye isn't right for your dog, you can request a full refund of what you've paid so far. You don't need to send the packets back. Whatever has already arrived is yours to keep.
How to request a refund
The easiest way is to email hello@staye.com or use the contact form. Tell us your order number and, if you want to, what didn't work, we read every note and use it to make the next iteration better. Refunds are processed within three business days.
Why we offer it
Two reasons. The first is honest: we'd rather you decide whether staye is right for your dog than feel locked in. The second is structural: the only way a daily longevity ritual works is if a dog actually drinks it every day. If yours won't, the rest of the math doesn't matter, and we don't want your money.
After the 30 days
You can still pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account, you just won't get a refund on what's already shipped. That's standard for any subscription. The 30 days is to give the formula a fair shot.
